Exhibitor Package

Booth Registration: $995 | Late Rate After 7/22/20: $1,200

Exhibitor Add-Ons

Exhibitor add-ons can be added on the online registration form with your order. If you've already registered and would like to purchase an add-on, please contact EACE Headquarters at [email protected].

Additional Exhibitor Representatives ($250):

Includes an additional representative registration for EACE20 Virtual with the ability to manage the virtual exhibit booth, field online chats and conduct audio/visual conversations, access to lead retrieval (Exhibitor Sponsors only) and participate in all programming and networking sessions. The rate for additional exhibitors is $250 and can be added on your registration form. 

Pre or Post-Event E-blast ($500):

If you have a new product or service you would like to promote to close to 1,900 career service professionals, then this opportunity is perfect for you! This option includes one promotional e-blast distributed to membership by EACE. The exhibitor is responsible for providing content at least 1 week in advance of the requested distribution date. The availability of distribution is available on a first-come, first-served basis. EACE does not distribute multiple exhibitor e-blasts in the same week. There is a limit of one per company.

Event Registration & Cancellation Policy

To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event (by July 31, 2020). Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled. If a written cancellation request is not received by 5 or more business days prior to the event, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email to [email protected]).

  • An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 10 business days prior to the scheduled event (by July 22, 2020).
  • 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 9 and 5 business days prior to the scheduled event (from July 23 to July 29, 2020).
  • No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event (after July 31, 2020).

Any cancellation request received fewer than 10 business days (after July 22, 2020) prior to a scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the respective committee chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors.
