Leadership Academy
Step into your next level of leadership at the EACE Leadership Academy—an exclusive three-day immersive experience crafted for seasoned career services professionals. Held alongside the EACE Annual Conference in vibrant Pittsburgh, PA, from June 23–26, 2026, this Academy offers high-impact learning, strategic networking, and transformative growth designed to empower leaders who drive change on their campuses.
Leadership Academy participants also participate in general sessions, meals, networking, and entertainment functions at the Annual Conference.
Program Cost
$1,500 for EACE members
$1,800 for non-members
Who should participate?
Leadership Academy is designed for senior Career Services Officers with approximately 10 years or more of experience in the field. Job titles may include Director, Executive Director, Assistant Vice President, Assistant/Associate Provost, and Assistant/Associate Dean. Those with fewer years of experience may still be considered if they lead people, teams, projects, or key initiatives.

Need financial assistance to help you get to the 2026 Annual Conference? EACE scholarships and grants are designed to make the Annual Conference as accessible as possible to those who are interested in attending. Applications for 2026 grants and scholarships open in December 2025 and close in February 2026. Stay tuned for more details about these opportunities.
Professional Development Grants
Candidates must be current EACE members. Do you need assistance with registration, hotel, or travel cost? All of the above? We encourage you to apply for a grant to help you get to the Annual Conference.
Diversity & Inclusion Scholarships
Open to non-members to apply. Candidates must be individuals from groups underrepresented in EACE and must be either a professional or graduate student working in the field of HR, career services or another related field that is connected to EACE.
EACE26 Registration and Cancellation Policy
To secure early bird rates, all fees must be paid or checks postmarked by the early bird deadline of April 27, 2026. Unpaid registrations after that date may be reassigned at the regular rate.
To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 10 business days prior to the first day of the conference. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled, and individuals will be required to register on-site with payment provided immediately to attend the event.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received more than 60 days prior to the scheduled event.
A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 59 and 10 days prior to the scheduled event.
No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 10 days prior to the scheduled event.
If a written cancellation request is not received, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.
Any requests for exceptions to the cancellation policy due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the respective Committee Chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors. Extenuating circumstances can be (but not limited to) death in the family, major illness, etc.
If the event is cancelled by EACE, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%).
Hotel room cancellations must be made by the registrant. Failure to cancel in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy may result in a no-show fee. Check your reservation email for details on the cancellation policy.
