EACE26 Exhibitor Info & Registration

Don't miss the opportunity to build brand awareness and develop connections with college/university career services and HR/recruiting professionals throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. EACE26 registrants will be looking to explore the following products/services:

What's Included in the Exhibitor Package?

Registration:

  • One 6-foot skirted table with power available at table (Assignments are made based on date of payment and/or level of sponsorship.)
  • Registration for 2 individuals for the Annual Conference (Includes full conference registration with access to all events, sessions and social and food functions)
  • Internet access

  • Exhibitor Welcome Reception

  • Exhibitor incentive games
  • Included in the EACE26 Exhibitor Montage video, which will be played in front of all conference attendees. (EACE Videographer will record your plug during set-up time.) View the 2025 video.

  • Featured in the “Tips for Your Trip” e-blast distributed to all conference attendees

Traffic:

EACE26 exhibitors will enjoy a prominent location to meet with attendees throughout the conference. Prime locations are given based on date of registration and/or sponsorship level.

Exhibitor Booth Registration (Includes Two Representatives)

The deadline to register and be included in the Exhibitor Passport is June 18, 2026.

Additional Exhibitor Representative Tickets

$450

The $450 fee includes access to all conference programming and functions (same as a full conference attendee registration). Additional representative tickets can be added on the online registration form with your booth order. If you've already registered and would like to add additional reps, contact EACE Headquarters at [email protected].

Transferring of name badges on-site is not permitted. Any changes to registered exhibitor reps need to be made by emailing [email protected] no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

Branding Add-Ons

When you purchase a branding add-on, your company becomes a "Friend of EACE Sponsor," which comes with the following added benefits:

  • Logo projected during the EACE 2026 Annual Conference
  • Logo included as a Friend of EACE on every page of the EACE website
  • Logo included as a Friend of EACE on every monthly EACE Update newsletter

Select any of these options on the exhibitor registration form when it becomes available and give your company's brand an instant boost! Exhibitor add-ons can be added on the online registration form with your order. 

Mobile App Alert/Push Notification ($250)

More than 90% of conference attendees download the mobile app each year! Send a message through the app and remind them to come to your booth. You provide the language of fewer than 50 words.

Social Media Spotlight Day ($250)

Take over EACE social media for the day! Your organization will be featured on all EACE social media channels.

Pre or Post-Event E-blast ($500)

Extend your reach beyond the conference and connect with 1,900+ career services and HR/recruiting professionals throughout the Northeast and mid-Atlantic region. This is the perfect chance to generate buzz leading up to the conference and get attendees excited to visit your booth. It’s also a great way to follow up post-conference and reach those who couldn’t attend. The exhibitor is responsible for providing content at least one week in advance of the requested distribution date. The availability of distribution is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

30-Minute Live Webinar/Workshop/Demo ($1,500)

Present your own live webinar, workshop, or demo to EACE members pre- or post-conference! This is the perfect chance to generate buzz leading up to the conference and get attendees excited to visit your booth. It’s also a great way to follow up post-conference and reach those who couldn’t attend. Includes targeted promotional e-blast and inclusion on the EACE website and in at least one EACE Update newsletter.

8:00am - 11:30am Exhibitor Set-up
EACE Videographer will be coming around to booths between 9:00 - 11:00am to record your 30-second plug for the Exhibitor Montage Video (see example). Time permitting, the video will be played in front of all conference attendees.
12:00pm - 6:30pm Exhibit Hall is Open to Attendees
1:00pm - 1:30pm Exhibitor Networking Break
2:30pm - 3:00pm Exhibitor Networking Break
5:00pm - 6:30pm Networking Reception with Exhibitors
Attendees network with exhibitors while enjoying cocktails and light appetizers.

Exhibitors are permitted ONE BRANDED TABLE PER REGISTERED EXHIBITOR. Your registration comes with two representatives, so if you did not register additional exhibitors, you are allowed one table. If you are participating, come 10-15 minutes early to add table signage, handouts, giveaways etc.) EACE does not provide signage for tables. Exhibitor is responsible for removing signage after the breakfast.

Exhibitors are responsible for any expenses associated with shipping their materials and equipment, as well as making arrangements with the hotel for audio visual needs, if applicable. EACE26 Registration & Cancellation Policy for Exhibitors

To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 10 business days prior to the first day of the conference. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled, and individuals will be required to register on-site with payment provided immediately to attend the event. 

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

  • An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received more than 60 days prior to the scheduled event.
  • A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 59 and 10 days prior to the scheduled event. 
  • No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 10 days prior to the scheduled event.

If a written cancellation request is not received, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

Any requests for exceptions to the cancellation policy due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the respective Committee Chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors. Extenuating circumstances can be (but not limited to) death in the family, major illness, etc.

If the event is cancelled by EACE, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%).

Hotel room cancellations must be made by the registrant. Failure to cancel in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy may result in a no-show fee. Check your reservation email for details on the cancellation policy.
