Learning Outcomes
Participants will…
- Articulate their leadership style and leadership philosophy that is authentic to who they are as a person and as a leader.
- Be equipped with the tools and confidence to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of constituents, including senior leadership on campus, external business and community leaders, donors, and the press.
- Incorporate inclusive and equity-minded leadership practices in hiring, onboarding, leading teams, and leading advocacy efforts and/or change.
Program Cost
$1,500 for EACE members
$1,800 for non-members
Leadership Academy participants also participate in general sessions, meals, networking, and entertainment functions at the Annual Conference.
Program cost does not include travel or lodging.
Hotel Reservations
EACE Leadership Academy participants can book a room at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown at the group rate of $235 per night (plus taxes/fees) while vacancy lasts or until the deadline of May 27, 2026. The EACE group rate is available from Friday, June 19 through Sunday, June 28, based on hotel availability. You can easily extend your stay after Leadership Academy or come in early to see the sights, all through the booking link below.

Who should participate?
Leadership Academy is designed for senior Career Services Officers with approximately 10 years or more of experience in the field. Job titles may include Director, Executive Director, Assistant Vice President, Assistant/Associate Provost, and Assistant/Associate Dean. Those with fewer years of experience may still be considered if they lead people, teams, projects, or key initiatives.
