EACE23 Exhibitor Info & Registration

Don't miss the opportunity to build brand awareness and develop connections with college/university career services and HR/recruiting professionals throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. EACE23 registrants will be looking to explore the following products/services:

  • Virtual event (specifically career fair) platforms
  • Products/services to help connect and recruit university/college students

What's Included in the Exhibitor Package?

Registration:

  • One 6-foot skirted table (Assignments are made based on date of payment and/or level of sponsorship.)
  • One representative registration for the Annual Conference (Includes full conference registration with access to all events, sessions and social and food functions)

Traffic:

EACE23 exhibitors will enjoy a high-traffic location to meet with attendees throughout the conference. Prime locations are given based on date of registration and/or sponsorship level. Booth assignments will be communicated to exhibitors closer to the event. View the meeting space.

The $350 fee includes access to all access to conference programming and functions. Additional representative tickets can be added on the online registration form with your booth order. Transferring of name badges on-site is not permitted. Any changes to registered exhibitor reps need to be made by emailing [email protected] no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

Branding Add-Ons

When you purchase a branding add-on, your company becomes a "Friend of EACE Sponsor" which comes with the following added benefits:

  • Logo projected during the EACE 2023 Annual Conference
  • Logo included as a Friend of EACE on every page of the EACE website

Mobile App Alert/Push Notification ($250)

More than 90% of conference attendees download the mobile app each year! Send a message through the app and remind them to come to your booth. You provide the language of fewer than 50 words.

Social Media Spotlight Day ($250)

Take over EACE social media for the day! Organization will be featured on all EACE social media channels.

Pre or Post-Event E-blast ($500)

Extend your reach beyond the conference and connect with 1,800+ career services and HR/recruiting professionals throughout the Northeast and mid-Atlantic region. This is the perfect chance to generate buzz leading up to the conference and get attendees excited to visit your booth. It’s also a great way to follow up post-conference and reach those who couldn’t attend. The exhibitor is responsible for providing content at least one week in advance of the requested distribution date. The availability of distribution is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

30-Minute Live Webinar/Workshop/Demo ($1,500)

Present your own live webinar, workshop or demo to EACE members pre or post-conference! This is the perfect chance to generate buzz leading up to the conference and get attendees excited to visit your booth. It’s also a great way to follow up post-conference and reach those who couldn’t attend. Includes targeted promotional e-blast and inclusion on the EACE website and in at least one EACE Update newsletter.

Shipping / Electricity / A/V Information

Exhibitors are responsible for any expenses associated with shipping their materials and equipment, as well as making arrangements with the hotel for electricity or audio visual needs, if applicable. EACE does not cover exhibitor electricity expenses. Exhibitor packages should be labeled as such:

Electricity, monitors, power strips and other technology need to be ordered through Encore Global, the exclusive technology provider of the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. EACE23 Registration & Cancellation Policy for Exhibitors

To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled. If a written cancellation request is not received by 5 or more business days prior to the event, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email to [email protected]).

  • An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 10 business days prior to the scheduled event.
  • A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 9 and 5 business days prior to the scheduled event.
  • No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event.
  • If the event is cancelled by EACE, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%).

Any cancellation request received fewer than 10 business days prior to a scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the respective committee chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors.
