Virtual Newcomers Meetup Event: The EACE23 Conference Experience Sub-Committee is excited to spend time with our newest members and conference attendees! Our annual EACE Newcomer Meetup Event will take place on June 15 at 4:00 pm with an optional 5:00 - 5:30 pm open networking time. This complimentary event is meant to provide all attendees with opportunities to connect with fellow attendees and help prepare you for the EACE23 Annual Conference. EACE Buddies: With so many first time attendees at the conference, we would love to connect each newbie with a seasoned EACE member so that they have a friend upon arrival. We would love for you to plan to meet up with your buddy during one of the meals, coffee breaks or welcome reception. We will connect you via email prior to the conference so that you can coordinate a time to meet up in Baltimore. Experienced EACE members, please fill out the volunteer form. First time attendees will automatically be matched up with a buddy.
Community Service: This year, EACE will be collecting items to donate to The Pride Center of Maryland. We will be collecting the following items at the EACE23 Registration Desk:
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Deodorant
- Toothbrushes and toothpaste
- Feminine hygiene products
- New socks and undergarments

Professional Exchange: This program provides the exclusive opportunity for career center staff to visit employers during the summer months in order to explore career pathways, learn current recruiting processes, uncover internship options and discover potential partnerships. The following local site visits are available:
Professional Exchange in-person site visits are complimentary and only open to EACE Members. Transportation is not provided, but EACE23 attendees will plan to meet in the lobby to walk to to BDO or ride share to Pompeian (parking is not available at Pompeian.).
