Event Registration Payment and Cancellation Policy

Virtual Event Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. A full refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 5 or more business days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received 4 or fewer business days prior to the scheduled event. If a written cancellation request is not received, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event. 

If the event is cancelled by EACE, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%).

Any requests for exceptions to the cancellation policy due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the respective Committee Chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors. Extenuating circumstances can be (but not limited to) death in the family, major illness, etc.

 

In Person Event Registration Payment and Cancellation Policy

To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 10 business days prior to the scheduled event. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled, and individuals will be required to register on-site with payment provided immediately to attend the event.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received more than 60 days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 59 and 10 days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 10 days prior to the scheduled event.

If a written cancellation request is not received, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.
