Director, Member Services (2-year term)

Qualities

The Director, Member Services is responsible for providing value-added services to membership. Has broad understanding of needs and interests of employer and college members with ability to serve as champion for these constituencies; ability to gather pertinent information to represent constituents with regard to key issues, services, programs, and resources; ability to engage and involve constituents; ability to lead, work collaboratively towards desired outcomes, and communicate effectively; serve as model for fiscal integrity in conducting EACE business; enthusiastic, encouraging, and inclusive manner with demonstrated ability to follow-up with others in an effective and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Liaison to the Connections Committee and supports their work of connecting employers to colleges through the Professional Exchange signature program.
  • Works closely with the Director of Membership Recruitment and Retention, the Director of Career Growth, and the Director of Diversity & Inclusion to ensure member voices are represented.
  • Perform such duties as assigned by the President and the Board of Directors.
