For more than 20 years, the EACE Annual Conference has been the region's premier professional development and networking event for HR/recruiting and college/university career center professionals. Each year, attendees enjoy world class keynote speakers, a variety of 30+ workshops (many of which offer continuing education credit!), an expo of new and exciting products and services and some of the best networking opportunities in the industry. EACE21 COVID-19 Information

Our Commitment to Health and Safety

The Eastern Association of Colleges & Employers (EACE) is committed to the health and safety of all event attendees. EACE Leadership is continuing to closely monitor the landscape and working hard to bring our conference back to an in-person event with the highest level of necessary health precautions. 

EACE is keeping to our safety commitment by planning to implement the following CDC-recommended policies and procedures at the time of the event. At this time, the following policies will be in effect:

  • All conference attendees must wear a mask or face covering while inside the Borgata property and not actively eating and/or drinking except when doing so would inhibit the individual's health, or where the individual is under two years of age. 
  • Alcohol-based hand sanitizers will be readily available in all event rooms and common areas.
  • Event rooms will have appropriately spaced set-ups in accordance with social distancing standards.
  • EACE will follow all policies and guidelines set by the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa. Click here to read the full list of the Borgata's COVID-19 policies. The MGM Resorts team has been working with medical experts to develop a plan that is allowing us to plan for a safe event. Their “Seven-Point Safety Plan,” puts your health and safety at the center. It is a comprehensive, multi-layered approach with guidance from public health experts. Find out more.

A Worry-Free Cancellation and Payment Policy for Registrants

Register now to reserve your early bird ticket and you have the flexibility to pay later. EACE21 registration payments must be received by July 30, 2021. Additionally, if you need to cancel your paid EACE21 conference registration for any reason up to 10 business days in advance, you’ll receive a 100% refund.  If the event is cancelled or switched to a virtual format, all registrants AND exhibitors will be extended a full 100% refund.
