The EACE Chief Career Services Officers Group would like to focus our first meeting on strategy.  It is a crucial time for career centers to dive into strategic considerations while managing operations and aligning budgets with their collective goals.  Our first meeting will create a platform where the group collectively shares their best practices or guides in developing a strategic plan, aligning budgets with overarching goals, and how to have big-picture thinking while maintaining operations. Whether you're facing budget restrictions, have changing campus priorities, or you're looking for inspiration on how to focus your next fiscal year requests, join us!

We will have breakout rooms and dedicate time at the end of this meeting to hear from our members on what else they would like to learn, discuss and connect on.
