Hotel Reservations

EACE Annual Conference attendees can book a room at the group rate of $219 per night (plus taxes/fees) while vacancy lasts or until the deadline of May 27, 2024. The EACE group rate is available from Monday, June 17 through Saturday, June 22. , based on hotel availability. Please note that your credit card will only be charged upon check-in. Cancellations may be made with a refund of your deposit up to 72 hours in advance of your check-in date. 

*Please note, once the group rate deadline has passed (Monday, May 27, 2024) you will still be able to update or change your existing reservations. If you need to do so, please reach out directly to the hotel at (215) 448-2000.
