Robbin Beauchamp, Director, the Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development, Wentworth Institute of Technology

Robbin Beauchamp joined Wentworth Institute of Technology as Director of Cooperative Education and Career Development in Boston in September 2014 with over 25 years of college career services and human resources experience. She grew up in Winsted, Connecticut and went to Emerson College for her Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication and Television Production. She obtained her Master’s degree in Administration/Organizational Policy from Boston University. Robbin previously worked in Career Services at Stonehill College and was the Director of the Career Center at Roger Williams University. Prior to working in higher education, Robbin worked in Human Resources for 10 years as a Recruiter, Trainer, Benefits Administrator, and Manager. 

Leslie O'Brien, Program Panager, MGH Aspire

Leslie O’Brien, LICSW, developed and directs MGH Aspire Works and its employer training and consulting programs. In addition to individual consulting with supervisors and employees, MGH Aspire Works programs provide over 50 area employers with carefully matched neurodiverse interns and the mentorship that leads to success. Leslie facilitates corporate workshops such as Neurodiverse Hiring and Interviewing Practices and Feedback & Performance Evaluations for Neurodiverse Employees. She aims to empower and help neurodiverse employees and candidates increase their knowledge, self-confidence, and professional work experience.
