Director, Career Growth (2-year term)Position QualificationsThe ideal candidate has prior experience in planning or coordinating professional development programs/events for EACE or another organization in a leadership capacity; ability to identify career growth and development needs of diverse constituencies; ability to effectively assess lifelong learning initiatives; knowledge of technology applications to enhance and deliver face-to-face and distance learning; enthusiastic, encouraging, and equitable manner; proven ability to motivate volunteers and facilitate the effective completion of projects; excellent communication skills; ability to function strategically with other leaders; demonstrated ability to follow-up with others in an effective and timely manner; serve as model for fiscal integrity in conducting EACE business; and has demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in regards to EACE members and those the organization’s members serve. Key CriteriaFor the role of Director, Career Growth, the categories of Committee Service, Essay Clarity and Relevance, and Role-Specific Skills Alignment should be clearly demonstrated in the nominees responses.
