2026-2027 Mentorship Program
EACE members, are you looking for a mentor or mentee? The 2026-2027 EACE Mentorship Program cohort recruitment is in full swing! The goal of this program is to provide a structured way for members to find and develop valuable mentorship relationships based on factors such as background, career interests, and goals.
Why participate?
Mentorship offers opportunities to learn from someone with shared interests and career goals, while also gaining fresh perspectives, feedback, guidance, encouragement, and valuable connections. One past participant shared that their mentor helped them both professionally and personally, guiding them through a difficult transition and offering words of wisdom that have had a lasting impact. Whether you are a new or seasoned career services professional, or somewhere in between, an effective mentoring relationship has the potential to enrich your professional identity and expand your community of practice.
How does the program work?

The application will close on Friday, October 16, 2026 to apply to be a mentor or mentee.

The EACE Mentorship Subcommittee will use your responses to potentially match you with a mentor/mentee based on factors such as background, career interests, and goals. Please note that we can’t guarantee that there will be a match that seems suitable for you, though we will do our best! Matches will be communicated and introduced via email in early November.

Mentors and mentees will be encouraged to meet on a monthly basis from November 2026 - June 2027. Matched pairs will receive resources, ongoing support from a designated point-person on the EACE Mentorship Sub-Committee, and invitations to virtual meetups to help you connect with other mentors and mentees in the program!

About the Program
The EACE Mentorship Program is a structured program designed to give members an opportunity to foster the sharing of knowledge and experience through mentor-mentee partnerships. The overall goal is to promote the participant’s professional development within their career, as well as encourage engagement and leadership within EACE.
Our goals are to:
- Provide members with opportunities for professional development, networking, and information/idea exchange with professionals in the field.
- Foster a culture of professional exchange and benchmarking.
- Establish partnerships between members to facilitate career exploration and career coaching opportunities.
