The EACE Mentor Program is a structured program designed to give all members an opportunity to foster the sharing of knowledge and experience through mentor-mentee partnerships. The overall goal is to promote the participant’s professional development within their career, as well as encourage engagement and leadership within EACE.

Mentors will serve as a resource and support system for their mentees June 2018 – June 2019. The time commitment involved will be established between both mentor and mentee to allow for the best synergy of the relationship. Click here to download the program flyer.

Our goal is to:

  • Provide members with opportunities for professional development, networking, and information/idea exchange with professionals in the field.
  • Foster a culture of professional exchange and benchmarking.
  • Establish partnerships between members to facilitate career exploration and career coaching opportunities.
