Over the past three years as Co-Chair of the Grants and Scholarships Committee, I have worked to expand access to professional development resources within EACE and create opportunities for diverse candidates, including those who may not yet be members.

My experience on the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee reinforced the importance of fostering inclusivity while supporting members in their professional growth and advancement.

As a member of the EACE Leadership and Recognition Committee, I contributed to identifying, supporting, and recognizing leadership within the organization, helping to highlight and celebrate the achievements of EACE members.

Additionally, I have attended the conference multiple times and witnessed firsthand the direct impact the organization has on professionals and the significant contributions of the work being done in the field.
