College members, are you looking to strengthen or build relationships with top employers?

This favorite EACE program provides the exclusive opportunity for career center staff to visit employers during the summer months in order to explore career pathways, learn current recruiting processes, uncover internship options and discover potential partnerships.

Employers, are you interested in expanding your employer brand and recruiting efforts to college students throughout the Northeast and upper Mid-Atlantic states? Take advantage of the opportunity to host a site visit! You do not to be an EACE member as a host. Employer registration is now open through April 6, 2018Find out more!

When? Professional Exchange site visits are will take place between May and August. Registration for college members will open on May 1, 2018 at 12:00 PM EST. Space fills very quickly, so mark your calendar!

Where? Check back closer to May to view available site visits for Summer 2018. Last year, we had the following employers participate in the program:
  • Almod Diamonds Ltd. and Diamonds International
  • Amica
  • Edward Jones
  • Gold Medal Bakery
  • Independence Blue Cross
  • LinkedIn
  • Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS)
  • Penguin Random House LLC
  • PFM
  • Regeneron Pharmaceuticals
  • Transamerica
  • Travelers
  • Twitter, Inc.
  • The Vanguard Group, Inc.
  • WaterFire Providence
  • Yahoo!

Not only will you receive firsthand exposure to where your students will work, but you are able to interact with other career professionals. There is a lot to be said about personally engaging with other career centers, under the umbrella of a wonderful employer, to share ideas.
I look forward to these visits each summer. It's a great way to brush up on existing connections and learn about current opportunities for our students. EACE and the planning team do an amazing job of organizing these events.
EACE tours provide a great opportunity to network with employers, and fellow Career Development Professionals. I learn a great deal about company cultures and opportunities available. I look forward to it every year! Thank you, EACE!
