How do I designate Key Contacts?

Group membership administrators are called "Key Contacts." Key Contacts can also designate others within the group to be Key Contacts.

  1. Click here to go to your member profile.
  2. Click on the My Profile menu tab.
  3. Select Your Organization from the drop-down.
  4. Select the Individual Profiles link from the sub-menu.
  5. Toggle the Key Contact button to On for the individual(s) you wish to be Key Contacts of the group.

How do I view my current group roster and edit, add or remove individuals?

Only Key Contacts of the group can access an organization's membership information.

  1. Click here to go to your member profile.
  2. Click on the My Profile menu tab.
  3. Select Your Organization from the drop-down.
  4. Select the Individual Profiles link from the sub-menu.

From this page, you can view the group's current membership roster. Click on a member's name to edit the profile. Select unlink to remove individuals from the group membership. *Important* For administrative purposes, if you unlink someone from your group, send an email notification to admin@eace.org with the name(s) of the individual(s).

To add individuals to your group membership, click the "Create Linked Profile" button which is located at the top of the group roster. Newly created members can use the forgot password link to reset their own password and complete the rest of the online member profile. 

Individuals can also be added or removed by sending a request to EACE Headquarters at admin@eace.org. Please include name, job title, email and phone for new members. Please note, requests to HQ may take 3 business days to process.

College individuals from the same office, existing at the same geographical location shall be designated as eligible additional members for group membership. Employer and Associate individuals from the same company/organization, existing at the same geographical region/branch shall be designated as eligible additional members for group membership.


How do I view invoices?

Only Key Contacts of the group can view invoices.

  1. Click here to go to your member profile.
  2. Click on the My Profile menu tab.
  3. Select Your Organization from the drop-down
  4. Select the Invoices link from the sub-menu.

How do I register group members for the EACE Annual Conference?

Only "Key Contacts" have the ability to register other individuals. If you are a Key Contact for your group, click here and log-in using your own credentials. You will see the option to either "Register Yourself" or "Register Linked Profile." If you are also registering yourself, first select "Register Yourself" to complete your form. At the bottom of the registration page, select "Register Linked Profile" to complete additional forms for individuals who are linked to the group. 


How to update the group membership account address?

Only Key Contacts of the group can edit the organization's profile.

  1. Click here to go to your member profile.
  2. Click on the My Profile menu tab.
  3. Select Your Organization from the drop-down.

From this page, you can edit organization profile features. Note, membership dues notifications are sent to this address and email only.
