EACE Community Dialogue & Black/African American Affinity Group Kickoff: Mentorship

This session is specially crafted for career services professionals seeking guidance on navigating the unique challenges of finding mentorship in an industry where diversity is still evolving. 

As professionals in career services, we understand the importance of mentorship in fostering personal and professional growth. However, for Black individuals in this field, the journey to finding a mentor can be distinctive due to the underrepresentation of Black professionals in these roles. This dialogue provides a platform for individuals to come together, share experiences, and discuss effective strategies for establishing meaningful mentorship relationships.

Our goal is to create an open and supportive space where attendees can exchange stories, insights, and successful approaches to mentorship. Whether you are a seasoned professional with valuable experiences to share or someone navigating the early stages of your career, this dialogue aims to foster connections, inspire collaboration, and empower Black professionals within the EACE community.
