Studies have consistently shown that mentorship and sponsorship play a critical role in career advancement, particularly for women and professionals of color. In celebration of Women’s History Month, the EACE Black/African American Affinity Group and the EACE LatinX Affinity Group will host a joint panel discussion featuring Black and Brown women sharing their experiences and insights on the importance of mentorship and sponsorship in their professional journeys.
