Join us for the inaugural kickoff meeting of the LatinX Affinity Group of EACE, a collaborative initiative bringing together higher education professionals and employer partners committed to advancing career opportunities, equity, and visibility for LatinX students and professionals.

This session will be a space to connect, collaborate, and co-create a shared vision for the committee’s goals and impact. Together, we’ll explore ways to strengthen pathways from college to career, elevate LatinX leadership, and celebrate the vibrant contributions of the LatinX community across industries and institutions.

Meeting Objectives

• Welcome & Introductions: Build connections among participating colleges, universities, and employers.

• Mission & Vision Discussion: Define the committee’s purpose, priorities, and guiding values.

• Program Development: Identify key focus areas such as mentorship, professional development, recruitment initiatives, and cultural engagement.

• Collaboration Opportunities: Explore strategies for sustained partnerships supporting LatinX talent pipelines.

• Next Steps: Establish working groups, future meeting cadence, and communication plans.
