This 60-minute interactive session is designed for Employer Relations and Career Services professionals and will focus on practical ways ER teams can influence more neuroinclusive hiring practices — from employer preparation through interview processes and partnership conversations.

We’ll be joined by a cross-sector panel of practitioners and advocates, including representatives from the Wells Fargo Center for Neurodiversity and Inclusive Employment at UConn, EPIC EB Consulting Group, Chat-ND, Claire Malfaro Counseling & Consulting, and Dr. Jenelle Abnett, Board Certified Special Education Advocate and trainer.
