Matt has been helping people get jobs for nearly 30 years. Presently, he is the Career Strategist leading Indeed’s Job Search Academy - a job search readiness and education program for job seekers to help them get jobs and manage their careers. Prior to his current role, Matt built and scaled Indeed's executive briefing center program - the Indeed Idea Center - executing executive briefings with talent acquisition leaders from more than 800 enterprise employers in 29 countries. Prior to joining Indeed, Matt worked in the staffing Industry with Randstad and in college and university career services at the University of Texas at Austin, the University of Southern California and St. Edward's University, and served on the boards of the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the Southern Association of Colleges and Employers.
