Selective Evolution in Career Services: Adding Value in Changing Times

Wednesday, April 20, 2022 | 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET

The past decade has been marked by societal and demographic changes that have significantly impacted the career aspirations of many students in higher education and consequently, their demand for career services that better address larger issues such as diversity, inclusion and social responsibility. At the same time, surveys of employers indicate that qualities such as teamwork, problem-solving, and communications skills remain highly prized when evaluating candidates. In this webinar, we will explore some of the strategies that career services offices have implemented that address emerging student needs while also continuing to provide training in the "core competencies" needed for success.
