Exhibitor Package

What's Included?

Registration:

  • One 6-foot skirted table (Assignments are made based on date of payment and/or level of sponsorship.)
  • One representative registration for the Annual Conference (Includes full conference registration with access to all events, sessions and social and food functions)

Access:

  • Access to the list of conference attendees in PDF format. This will be distributed 1-2 weeks prior to the event.

Exhibitor Add-Ons

Exhibitor add-ons can be added on the online registration form with your order. If you've already registered and would like to purchase an add-on, please contact EACE Headquarters at [email protected].

Additional Exhibitor Representatives ($250)

The rate for additional exhibitors is $250 and can be added on your registration form. The $250 fee includes access to all access to conference programming and functions.

Transferring of name badges on-site is not permitted. Any changes to registered exhibitor reps need to be made by emailing [email protected] no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

Mobile App Alert ($250)

Send a message to conference attendees through the app and remind them to come to your booth. You provide the language of fewer than 50 words and choose distribution date and time, if available.

Pre or Post-Event E-blast ($500)

If you have a new product or service you would like to promote to close to 1,500 career service professionals, then this opportunity is perfect for you! This option includes one promotional e-blast distributed to membership by EACE. The exhibitor is responsible for providing content at least 1 week in advance of the requested distribution date. The availability of distribution is available on a first-come, first-served basis. EACE does not distribute multiple exhibitor e-blasts in the same week. There is a limit of one per company.

Exhibitors are responsible for any expenses associated with shipping their materials and equipment. More shipping and A/V information will be provided at a later date.

EACE21 Registration & Cancellation Policy for Exhibitors

To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event (by July 30, 2021). Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled. If a written cancellation request is not received by 5 or more business days prior to the event, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email to [email protected]).

  • An 85% refund will be granted when an exhibitor cancellation request is received 10 business days prior to the scheduled event (by July 21, 2020).
  • 50% refund will be granted if the exhibitor cancellation request is received between 9 and 5 business days prior to the scheduled event (from July 22 to July 28, 2020).
  • No refunds will be granted if the exhibitor cancellation request is received fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event (after July 30, 2020).
  • If the event is cancelled by EACE, exhibitor registrations may be extended a full refund (100%).

Any cancellation request received fewer than 10 business days prior to a scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the respective committee chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors.
