Plans and coordinates activities and programs during the year to further the professional development and knowledge base of the membership.

The committee should include one-two diversity and inclusion (D&I) focused members ensuring that D&I voices and concerns are heard and considered. These positions should be noted in the roster above once solidified and will also serve as a D&I representative working with the Director, D&I. 

Requirements of the Committee:

  • Coordinate regular webinars throughout the year related to mentorship and other industry-related content
  • Manages EACE's HRCI and SHRM credits
  • Manages the Mentor Program, which includes regular webinars, an in person mentor meet up at the conference to facilitate connections and organizing mentor notations in the member directory
  • Hold monthly meetings, work toward goals, report to board
  • Review web-pages related to the committee's activities and work with HQ to make sure they are accurate throughout the year
  • Responsible for ensuring all committee-related dates and deadlines are added to the EACE Master Calendar
