Exhibitor Registration

Registration Rate $1,200

The Exhibitor Package includes the following benefits:

Annual Conference Registration

  • One 6-foot skirted table (Assignments are made based on date of payment and/or level of sponsorship.)
  • One representative registration for the Annual Conference (Includes full conference registration with access to all events, sessions and social and food functions)

Access

  • Access to list of conference attendees in PDF format. This will be distributed 1-2 weeks prior to the event.

Additional Exhibitor Reps:

The rate for additional exhibitors is $250 and can be added on your registration form. The $250 fee includes access to all access to conference programming and functions. If you've already registered and would like to add or make changes to exhibitor reps, please contact EACE Headquarters at [email protected].

Transferring of name badges on-site is not permitted. Any changes to registered exhibitor reps need to be made by emailing [email protected] no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

Exhibitor Set-up. EACE Videographer will be coming around to booths between 9:30-11:30 AM to film your company’s 30-second introduction. The exhibitor welcome compilation will be played at the General Breakfast on Tuesday, June 25. Click here to watch last year’s video as an example.

Shipping & A/V Information

Exhibitors are responsible for any expenses associated with shipping their materials and equipment. All shipments must be coordinated though the Demers Audio/Visual Services (DAVS) Business Center located at the Connecticut Convention Center. DAVS Business Center will receive shipments and provide storage up to 14 days prior to your event. Any shipment received more than 14 days prior to your event will be subject to a storage fee, actual charge to be determined. There is a handling charge on all packages in and outbound of the CTCC as outlined in the back of this packet. PLEASE READ THESE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS IN THE EXHIBITOR PACKET LINKED BELOW THOROUGHLY.  The pre-paid discount expires on Friday, June 21, 2019.

Electricity and A/V needs are not included and should be ordered using the forms attached to the packet below.

Exhibitor Passport

Back by popular demand is the EACE Exhibitor Passport. All attendees receive a passport at check-in. In order to enter their passport into the raffle to win an iWatch, they need to receive a certain number of exhibitor stamps. EACE will have stamps on hand for exhibitors to use, or you can choose to bring your own branded stamp. Exhibitors who register after May 31 are not included in the Exhibitor Passport.

Event Registration & Cancellation Policy

To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event (by June 17, 2019). Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled, and individuals will be required to register on-site with payment provided immediately to attend the event. If a written cancellation request is not received by 5 or more business days prior to the event, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email to [email protected]).

  • An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 10 business days prior to the scheduled event (by June 10, 2019).
  • A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 9 and 5 business days prior to the scheduled event (from June 11 to June 17, 2019).
  • No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event (after June 17, 2019).

Any cancellation request received fewer than 10 business days prior to a scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the respective committee chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors.
