What are the basic requirements for the audio portion of an EACE webinar?
The audio portion of an event is delivered through your telephone or through a speaker on your computer using VoIP. Here are the basic requirements to attend an event:

    * A standard telephone (or speakerphone for a group) is recommended. Cell phones and cordless phones can result in greatly diminished audio quality and are strongly discouraged.
    * Add VoIP guidelines

How do I connect into the webinar?
A few days before the webinar, you will receive detailed dial-in and login instructions and the handouts for the presentation.

How can I cancel or get a refund?
All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Full refunds are granted when the cancellation request is received 5 business days prior to the webinar. No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 5 business days prior to the webinar. All refunds will be assessed a 15% processing fee.

Any cancellation request received fewer than 5 business days prior to a webinar due to an extenuating circumstance will be reviewed by the respective Committee Chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors. Contact info@eace.org
