Registration Cancellation Policy (Effective 01/01/06):

All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Full refunds are granted when the cancellation request is received 5 business days prior to the webinar. No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 5 days prior to the webinar. All refunds will be assessed a 15% processing fee.

Any cancellation request received fewer than 5 business days prior to a webinar due to an extenuating circumstance will be reviewed by the respective Committee Chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors.
