Work with undergraduate day students to prepare them for two required co-op experiences. Administer the co-op program to ensure students are actively participating and meeting all deadlines. Teach Co-op Institute to specific student populations multiple times each semester. Assist all undergraduate, graduate and continuing studies students and alumni in all career-related topics in individual coaching appointments. Work as part of a team to plan and execute various career events. Build and maintain relationships with employers for co-op and job development.
BA/BS and three to five years of directly related experience require MA/MS and one to three years of directly related experience preferred

Experience with Symplicity for Career Services offices, knowledge of co-op. Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations. Uses instructions and guidelines to perform the job safety function. Periodic training will be required.
