Mission
Provide a forum for Employers to discuss trends, benchmark
with others in the region, and network in their field. This
group is designed for employers from various industries to have
an opportunity to meet, share best practices, and learn from
others in their field. Benchmarking and networking within your
region can help you in your job, both personally, and professionally!
We look forward to your involvement and input.
2007 - 2008 GOALS
- Use the listserv to allow EACE employer members to talk about
trends, best practices and issues/concerns etc.
- Create an Program at the EACE Annual conference to allow
employer members to get together and review the recruiting season’s
challenges and achievements
- Begin sharing data and information from EACE employer members
to create meaningful statistical information, statistics and
benchmarking across the region
