The meeting will be held at the 2018 conference hotel, the Hyatt Regency Reston (approximately 20 miles outside of D.C.) in the Living Room located on the lobby level.

We secured a group rate at the Hyatt Regency Reston. Your hotel room reservation charges will be covered under EACE’s master account but you will be asked for a credit card when you check-in for incidentals. HQ will make your room reservations.

Self-parking is available at the hotel. Parking charges ($7.50/day) will be reflected on your room bill, which is covered under EACE’s master account.
If your employer is not covering these expenses, EACE will reimburse you for travel expenses. Use the reimbursement form located in Leadership Central under EACE: General Files. Please follow the EACE reimbursement procedure.
Dinner on March 7th will be arranged by the President (thank you Walter) and paid for by EACE. Board members must pay for their own alcoholic beverages. Breakfast and lunch on March 8th will be arranged and paid for by EACE.
You can access all meeting documents on BBL including the agenda, minutes, financials, and reports. Please either bring your laptop to access BBL or print out copies of the meeting documents ahead of time and bring them with you. The Hyatt Regency Reston will provide internet in the meeting room.
