is very pleased to announce that Dr. Gerda Govine has been added
as our Tuesday afternoon keynote speaker. Lawler Kang will be our
Monday morning keynote speaker.

For the past twenty years, Gerda Govine Ed.D.
has dealt with issues of diversity and being perceived as
"different" in the workplace. Dr. Govine is currently
the CEO of G. Govine Consulting, which specializes in employment
discrimination, labor, and workplace issues. Prior to this
she was the Executive Director of the Pasadena Commission
on the Status of Women. She has experience as an expert witness,
litigation consultant, trainer, public speaker and writer.
In her presentation to EACE, she will help us to truly “get”
how to face, acknowledge, and talk about the “stuff”
that blocks open and honest conversation across the diversity
divide.
