Registration fee includes conference materials, President's Reception, and all meals except Tuesday's dinner.

Payment must accompany the registration form and be postmarked by August 1, 2005.

Confirmations:
You will receive an automatic confirmation immediately after you complete online registration. E-mail confirmation will follow.

Refunds & Cancellations:
Substitutions are welcome at any time. Refund requests for conference registration must be received in writing by August 1, 2005. Refunds requested by this date will be refunded in full minus a $25 processing fee. We are unable to grant refunds after August 1, 2005.

3. Entertainment

Registration for entertainment is separate. After you submit your registration for the conference, you will have the option of registering for the entertainment activities.
