Dear EACE Annual Conference Attendee,

The EACE 2005 conference is sure to bring many things, opportunities to learn more about the current issues in our field, the chance to see old friends and meet new ones, and an outlet for having some fun! The hospitality committee is dedicated to making sure that you are comfortable and helping to make the conference your home away from home.

Make sure you stop by the hospitality suite, which will also be where our Cyber Café is being held. You can check email, grab a snack, and check the “big board” to see if you have won any of the coveted raffle prizes. Also make sure you stop by at the beginning of the conference to grab your EACE 2005 Conference T-shirt!

The Hospitality committee is really looking forward to helping you feel at home! In order to do this, we are looking for volunteers to assist with daily events in the hospitality suite, as well as creating our daily newsletter. This is a great opportunity to get involved and volunteer, especially for young professionals who might not be as familiar with other aspects of the conference.
