Kick off the EACE conference and stop by the pool area for the welcome reception and President's BBQ. Get acquainted (or reacquainted) with friends as the conference begins in this fun and casual atmosphere. Enjoy great food, music, and even some volleyball as you catch up with your colleagues. Party starts poolside at 5 pm on Sunday.

On the entertainment front, we feel lucky! Casino Night is coming, complete with blackjack, craps, roulette and Texas Hold'Em, sponsored by our friends at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Music, dancing and a cash bar will help create a fun atmosphere for card sharks and beginners alike. Join us from 7 pm - 11 pm on Monday night to accumulate chips and win great prizes, and stick around afterward if dancing and partying are your thing.

On Tuesday, enjoy your choice of entertainment in New York City. Buses will be provided to take you to a Yankees game, the Producers musical, a great selection of site visits, or unscheduled time to play, shop or unwind in New York City. More details will follow.

Option One: Site Visits
Bus leaves White Plains at 2 PM and picks up in NYC at 10 PM
Cost covers transportation: $20 per person
Site visits will be in Manhattan. Look for more details by June 15.

Cost covers transportation to and from site visit and Balcony A-F ticket to the Producers: $65 per person

Cost covers transportation to and from Theatre District and Balcony A-F ticket to the Producers: $60 per person

Bus leaves White Plains at 4 PM and picks up in NYC at 10 PM
Cost covers transportation to and from Theatre District: $15 per person

Option Five: Yankees Game
Bus leaves White Plains at 4:30 PM and picks up at Yankee Stadium at 10:30 PM
Cost covers transportation to and from stadium and tier box ticket to a Yankees vs. White Sox game: $55 per person
