How do I register for the 2003 EACE Conference?

This year registration will be processed through an online web site. We will not be mailing a registration brochure, all registrants are directed to the registration web site. The Conference Committee is confident that you will find this registration process to be easy, quick and accurate.

The Welcome page of the online registration system does provide a link for registration assistance through our committee Co-Chairs, Karen Single (617-552-1537) and Dan Ryan (716-645-2232x118 ).

When can I register for the 2003 EACE Conference?

The online registration site is live and available to all interested attendees. Online registration will remain open until Friday, June 6, 2003 at 5:00 pm. After that time it will be necessary to register on-site on Sunday, June 8, 2003.

What are the registration fees for this year's EACE Conference?

Additional fees, pre-conference workshops/events, and Monday dinner options can be found on the 2003 EACE Conference web site.

How do I get a receipt for submitting my conference registration expenses?

Upon completing the registration process the system generates a confirmation page. You can click on this page and have it sent immediately to your email account. At a later date you can access your registration confirmation by logging into your registration account and it displays your confirmation to you. In order to access your registration account, go to the registration site and use the username and password you created when starting the registration process.

When paying by credit card, is the transaction completed immediately?

Yes. When you receive the confirmation that your credit card was received it is verifying that it has also processed your credit card transaction. This also means your registration is complete and you have been fully registered to attend the conference.

When paying by check, is registration completed immediately?

No. You will receive a confirmation for registering to attend the conference, and it will include an itemization of all pre-conference and dinner options. This will also serve as your receipt for submitting your check request to your institution. But your registration will not be fully completed until your check has been received by Dan Ryan and cleared by EACE. If you have concerns that your check will not clear prior to the conference date, be sure to speak with Dan Ryan, 716-645-2232 x118.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Refund requests for conference registration must be received in writing by Friday, May 9, 2003. Requests received by this date will be refunded in full minus $30 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 9, 2003.

    What airports are near Danvers?

    What Taxi, Shuttle or Limo options exist from the airports?

    We encourage you to research your options based on the airport you are flying into, as well as information available from the Sheraton Ferncroft Hotel ((978) 777-2500).

    Neither the conference committee nor EACE endorses or is partnering with any of these organizations, so please be sure to investigate all of your options in order to achieve the best arrangement for yourself.
