About your booth space

Set-up begins at 6:00 am on Monday, June 9th, 2003. will commence at approximately 3:30 pm on Tuesday, June 10th, 2003.

You will be offered an area of approximately 10'x 10'. A six-foot table and 2 chairs will be provided. Please bring signs that are free standing. You will not be able to hang banners or posters on the walls or railings behind you. Pricing

• Early Bird (March 1, 2003 to April 18, 2003)
  Cost (includes 1 full conference registration): $750
  Cost for each additional attendee: $225

• Regular (April 19, 2003 to June 6, 2003)
  Cost (includes 1 full conference registration): $900
  Cost for each additional attendee: $275

All materials for your participation in the 2003 EACE Annual Conference should be shipped directly to the hotel. Please have them arrive no earlier than Friday, June 6th, 2003.
