Historic Salem

Ride these unique trolleys for an hour or all day and make the most of your trip to Salem. Relax and let the Trolley's friendly tour guides bring Salem's history, folklore, and trivia to life as you ride around the city. The 8-mile Tour begins and ends at the National Park Service Visitor Center in the downtown area.

Time: 12 noon - 5:00 pm

Historic Gloucester

Salt Air! Scenery! Art and Architecture! All await you on the Gloucester Maritime Trail. A series of self guided walks will lead you through a feast of history, heritage, and the exciting ocean views that are all part of Gloucester's unique character as America's first seaport. The trail is divided into 4 separate routes, each about one mile long, each presenting a distinct sense of the city's past. Have your camera or canvas ready!

Newburyport Whale Watch

Whale watching aboard the Prince of Whales, a fast and comfortable 95-foot whale watching boat, can be an unforgettable experience. Expert naturalists provide interesting narration and are happy to answer your questions or engage in discussions with you on many whale-related topics. The Prince of Whales has a well stocked galley offering sandwiches, hot dogs, soups, hot drinks, beer and soda. You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Drumming-about-you

Drumming About You is a hands-on, participatory event that is accessible to everyone. Bob Bloom provides a beautiful array of drums and percussion instruments for everyone to join in the rhythms that give rise to some of the most joyous music of Brazil, Cuba, Africa, and North America. Everyone is engaged by the elements that create fulfilling communities: group participation, individual contribution, teamwork, and the experience of success.

Golf

An 18 hole, four star Robert Trent Jones championship golf course is considered one of the best in Massachusetts.

Essex River Cruise & Clam Bake

What better way to see the stunning beauty of a New England estuary than with a narrated 2.5 hour cruise aboard the 49-passenger, fully Coast Guard-certified Essex River Queen? Forget your big-city cares and spend a joyous 2 hour and a half experiencing nature: swooping herons, the quiet rustle of marsh grasses, a seal basking on a sunlit rock. What could be better than combining one of our cruises with a perfect meal? The clambake features steamers, lobsters, corn-on-the-cob, coleslaw, fresh watermelon, and other delicacies.

Isle of Shoals Dinner Cruise

The Isles of Shoals are actually nine islands located 6 miles off the coast, which lie right along the Maine/New Hampshire border. They are: Duck Island, Appledore, Malaga, Smuttynose, Cedar, Star, Lunging, White and Seavey Island. Malaga, Smuttynose, Cedar, and Star form a protective barrier for Gosport Harbor, a small harbor where it is common to find many vessels anchored on a summer's day. Enjoy this three hour cruise, including a stop at Star Island, where a buffet meal including boiled Maine lobster tails, galley seasoned sirloin steak tips, tortellini and caesar salads, topped off with delicious strawberry shortcake.

Lehigh, the Boogie Man, Rick Diggler, Wonder Woman, Rerun, the Captain, and the amazing FeverFemmes. For each of them, it is still 1979. Join us in Bogeys Lounge (aka Studio 54) for a fun filled night of entertainment.
