EACE 2008 Conference Update:
No Walk-ins Please
We are happy to report that the 2008 EACE Annual Conference,
taking place June 18-20, 2008 at the Providence Biltmore Hotel
in Providence, Rhode Island is sold out.
This means, to ensure proper comfort, safety, and room capacity,
the Annual Conference Committee has decided that it cannot
accept walk-in attendees at this conference. Thanks for your
understanding!
Our Famous Friday Raffle
What would the EACE conference be without our famous Friday
raffle?
Please remember to bring along a donation for our raffle
table. In addition to some exciting gifts donated by corporate
partners, we welcome items from your organization. In previous
years we have received sweatshirts, t-shirts, fleece vests,
mugs, notepads, candy dishes, gift baskets and even stuffed
animals that were highly coveted by the lucky people who won
them. Please bring your raffle items to the Hospitality Suite
when you check in for the conference. The Hospitality Suite/Cyber
Cafe will be located in Salons 4 and 5 on the 18th floor.
The raffle will take place at the end of the conference during
lunch on Friday, June 20th. You must be in attendance at the
raffle to win a gift.

have been hard at work planning an outstanding conference
for you. The Program Chairs have filled the conference with
two Keynote speakers, one mega session on diversity, many
concurrent sessions and yes…speed learning is back as
well! Additionally, we have fun networking and entertainment
planned as well. We hope to see you in Providence, RI.
