The Professional Development Committee determines the professional development needs of our members and identifies issues and developments in the career services and college recruiting fields. Based on its findings, the committee plans professional development events and services and then oversees their implementation. The committee also evaluates the effectiveness of each program and provides general oversight of professional development programs for the EACE Board of Directors.
