Diversity
Advancement Statement
The Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE) is committed
to promoting and encouraging diversity among its membership. EACE
does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin,
religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, marital, parental,
or veteran status, disability or appearance, in any of its policies,
procedures and practices. This non-discrimination policy covers
membership and access to association programs and activities including,
but not limited to publications, educational services and employment.
EACE also encourages the active recruitment and professional
development of individuals from underrepresented groups. In consonance
with the Diversity Advancement Committee, EACE will continue to
develop, examine, and institute policies and procedures to:
- Promote and achieve a multicultural membership and attain
diversity at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as an advocate and resource on diversity issues which
emerge as a result of a changing workforce.
