Mission Statement
The Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE) develops educational programs and services, and facilitates connections and interaction between employers who seek to hire college educated men & women, the career services personnel who serve those students, the associate members who serve the profession, and others who benefit from those connections.

Goals:

  1. Professional Development
    Members will access a range of professional development activities.
  2. Information
    Members will access and exchange benchmark data, emerging trends, and best practices.
  3. Membership
    Membership will interact with a growing, diverse and engaged professional community.
  4. Networking
    Members will generate new ideas for conducting their work through formal and informal networking opportunities.

Diversity Advancement Statement

The Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers, Inc. (EACE) is committed to promoting and encouraging diversity among its membership. EACE does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, marital, parental or veteran status, disability or appearance, in any of its policies, procedures and practices. This non-discrimination policy covers membership and access to association programs and activities including, but not limited to, publications, educational services and employment.

EACE also encourages the active recruitment and professional development of individuals from underrepresented groups. In consonance with the Diversity Advancement Committee, EACE will continue to develop, examine and institute policies and procedures to:

  • Achieve and promote a multicultural membership that is reflective of the population within the profession.
  • Attain diversity at all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as an advocate and resource for heightening awareness of diversity issues which emerge as a result of a changing workforce.
  • Review contractual and other business/programmatic relationships for compliance with the spirit of this policy.
